Werner introduced its new AERO™ Lightweight Extension Ladder designed specifically for professionals in the telecommunications industry.  The new Werner AERO™ Lightweight Extension Ladder is an industrial-grade ladder featuring Werner’s BOXLOK™ technology, which is an interlocking box rail design to optimize strength and stability. The unique Werner BOXLOK™ technology enables industrial and telecommunications workers to safely focus on a job.

The Werner AERO™ Lightweight Extension Ladder is created and engineered to be 25% lighter than traditional extension ladders. The advanced design and BOXLOK™ technology reduces bounce, twist, and sway of the ladder and offers a broader base width. Furthermore, the ladder can be opened and closed without additional external brackets.

Werner's AERO™ Lightweight Extension Ladder is available in five sizes ranging from 16 to 32 feet, and each AERO Extension Ladder can support 375 pounds (including users and materials) and has a Type 1AA duty rating. The ladder also features high visibility green rails and slip-resistant, Traction-Tred® deep tri-rungs in addition to 19-in.-wide clear feet.

Additionally, the Werner's AERO™ Lightweight Extension Ladder comprises a built-in bubble level at eye level, non-marring traction caps to protect surfaces, swivel feet, and spring-loaded extruded-rung locks.

Furthermore, the new Werner AERO™ Extension Ladder can be used with Werner’s Extension Ladder WalkThru™, an accessory that enables users to more easily transition from ladder to roof. The AERO™ Lightweight Extension Ladder is certified to both ANSI and OSHA specifications.
