Protective Industrial Products (PIP) recently launched a new line of hard hats made specifically for performance and affordability.
The new line of hats features a lightweight design for minimal fatigue and four-point suspension that provides unrivalled comfort.
Furthermore, the 4200 Series is certified for Protection-ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 and CSA Z94.1, as well as Class E Electrical Insulation requirements.
The 4200 Series hard hats are available with a wheel ratchet or a slip ratchet to provide the proper fit and are AMERICAN MADE.
The new 4200 series offers three hats to choose from:
• 4200 Series Full Brim with Wheel Ratchet
• 4200 Series Cap Style with Wheel Ratchet
• 4200 Series Cap Style with Slip Ratchet
Each style comprises:
A 4-point suspension. The HDPE strap and webbing clips provide a comfortable and secure fit.
The Polyester textile straps provide added comfort for all-day wear while the lightweight shell is made with UV-stabilized high-density Polyethylene (HDPE), which minimizes fatigue. A Chamlon™ sweatband made of Egyptian cotton core with a porous PU coating enables for maximum sweat absorption and is pH-neutral and dermatologically tested.
The hats also comprise two accessory slots, which accommodate a variety of eye, face and hearing-protection devices.
