DeWalt released its newest IMPACT CONNECT™ product: the IMPACT CONNECT™ Copper Pipe Cutter Attachment (DWACPRIR).

This new product is specifically designed for plumbers to transform an impact driver into a fast, powerful copper pipe cutter. Utilizing the IMPACT CONNECT™ Copper Pipe Cutter Attachment, cuts can be performed four times faster, thus enabling workers to avoid the hassles of hand tools by just incorporating the power of an existing impact driver.

The new quick-change brace system is easily attached to tools and enables workers to switch between cutting pipe and driving screws quickly and simply.  Furthermore, according to the DeWalt website, using the IMPACT CONNECT™ Copper Pipe Cutter Attachment requires 100 times less cutting effort than a manual cutter, which limits fatigue on long workdays.

IMPACT CONNECT™ products are designed to work with select DeWalt 20V MAX* and other pro-grade 18V impact drivers, further expanding the usefulness of the product and making the switch between applications easy and seamless.
