Safe + Sound WeekAugust 15-21, 2022 is Safe + Sound Week, which recognizes the successes of workplace safety and health programs.

Safe + Sound Week is a nationwide event occurring each August to recognize the successes of workplace health and safety programs and provide information and ideas for how to keep workers safe.

Successful safety and health programs can help identify and manage workplace hazards before injury or illness occurs. Participating in Safe + Sound Week can help start a safety program, energize an existing one, or provide a chance to recognize safety successes.

Who Participates?

There are three ways to participate:

  1. Sign up at www.osha.gov/safeandsoundweek to register.

  3. After safety events are completed, a certificate of participation can be obtained from OSHA.
